I got this at a wedding so I can not tell you how they made it but it was SOOOOO good.
Think it was some kind of raspberry mousse and then orange mousse, fresh (or I think it had been frozen) fruit on the top in some sweet sirup.
I have to try to make it and then I can tell you. Or you try and tell me!
